Woods Estates of Riverdale will host a ribbon cutting on Wednesday, February 5th at 11:00 am to celebrate a new subdivision. DIRECTIONS: Take State Street East (Bettendorf) and go North on Madison Drive. Madison Drive is located at the new stop light across from Arconic. The ribbon cutting will be held in the building located on Lot 7.
Woods Estates of Riverdale, IA is a new subdivision with 116 large, unique lots in the Pleasant Valley School District. Phase 1 lots are still available. 7 of the 13 have been sold. Phase 2 will be coming in the Spring of 2020. The builder is Seth Woods and marketed by Sara DeWulf & Pieter Hanson of Mel Foster Co.
