The Gordon-Van Tine Loft project will host a ribbon cutting on Friday, November 1 at 4:30 pm to celebrate their Grand Opening. Please RSVP to Kayla Steen at kayla@qclofts.com
An Open House will take place from 4:30 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. Food, beverages, entertainment and tours will be available.
During the four-year rehabilitation, an underused industrial complex has been transformed into 113 residential units and 21,000 square feet of commercial space. Additionally, the Isabel Bloom Company now features a new showroom, offices and enhanced production space.
Completion of this exciting $37 million dollar private and public investment by Y & J Properties on the east side of Davenport’s downtown riverfront would not have been possible without the assistance and support of the city’s elected officials and staff.
