Description
This is the second of three core classes in the Project Management Certificate program. This required class delves into crucial elements in managing projects. Process Groups are the methods by which Project Management is performed. Successful Project Management includes project initiation, planning, execution and a closing and exit process to evaluate deliverables: performance, schedule and budget. This course details five out of ten knowledge areas included in the 6th edition PMBOK encompassing Project Integration, Quality, Risk, Procurement and Stakeholder Management.
