Description
In this class, we will unpack popular conceptions of women’s leadership. Once we have determined the ways in which organizations and society can best harness the talents that women can bring to a problem, we discuss ways that you can integrate those into your own professional and personal development plan. This course is not just for women but anyone who wants to learn more about gendered differences in leadership.
