Emotional Intelligence is your ability (natural or learned) to acquire and apply knowledge from your emotions and the emotions of others. EI is an important trait for professional success. The purpose is to help you make better decisions about what to say or what to do next (or not say or do). This training helps participants to recognize and understand the five competencies that build on each other to raise your EI level: Self-Awareness, Self-Regulation, Self-Motivation, Empathy, and Effective Relationships
