Description
The St. Ambrose University Center for Professional Development and the Quad-City Area Labor-Management Council (QCALM) have teamed up to introduce a certificate program in interest-based bargaining that will help local companies and labor groups save time, reduce grievances and eliminate the need for arbitration in the course of contract negotiations.
This certificate is designed for both labor and management professionals interested in creating a constructive labor management environment. This series of interactive workshops focus heavily on leadership skills to enhance adaptive capacity, employee engagement and conflict management.
