Jim Victor was a great supporter of JA in the Quad Cities and surrounding communities for three decades. He sponsored the Jim Victor JA Golf Classic for 18 years. His passion for JA was infectious. We will always remember him as a loyal friend, trusted advisor, and dedicated leader.
