(Ownership Group: GRT Property Group) will host a groundbreaking on Thursday, June 26, 2025 at 9:00 AM.  The new development will be at 3491 Forest Grove Dr. and 3457 Forest Grove Dr, on the southwest corner of Forest Grove Dr. and Devils Glen Rd. in Bettendorf: Whitey’s – 3491 Forest Grove Dr; Multi-tenant building with Hungry Hobo and The Cities Private Wealth Group (Ameriprise Financial Services, Inc.)
 
Devils Glen Rd is currently closed southbound from Forest Grove Dr (this may change by June 26^th, depending on progress).  Suggested route is to travel northbound on Devils Glen Rd, turn left onto Rainforest Dr (road directly south of Forest Grove Dr/Devils Glen Rd) – park on gravel.
 
New construction – Whitey’s (3,729 sq. ft.); new construction of mixed-use building (10,048 sq. ft.) – Hungry Hobo, The Cities Private Wealth Group and one vacant space.
