Free Community YOGA is sponsored by members of our business community. It is a motivational,
healing, and life-improving experience designed for all fitness levels from beginner to advanced.
All Participants can be entered into drawings for chances to win valuable prizes from our vendors and
sponsors!!
Event Agenda: 
9:00 - Doors open to visit with vendors
10:00 - 10:05: Yoga Introduction
10:05 - 10:50: Yoga " Led by Aaron Elston Howard
10:50 - 11:00 Presentation of Sponsor/Vendor giveaways
11:00 - 12:00: Visit with vendors, receive FREE massages from the Institute of Therapeutic Massage and
Wellness, free food, snacks, free coffee samples, free wine samples for participants 21 and over!
It is recommended to arrive to Free Community YOGA between 9:00am - 9:45am 
Bring a yoga mat or towel, water bottle, and money if you wish to purchase items from vendors or
donate. 
Families and children 7 and older are welcome! ) *
