Anchovy Hazy IPA Tapping

Join us on Saturday, April 18th, at 12:00 PM for the launch of our new
Anchovy Hazy IPA! Golden Keg is tapped at 12:00pm so make sure to get there early to get a FREE beer!

Don't worry; it won't taste like anchovies! The name refers to a type
of hops, not the flavor. You can expect a taste reminiscent of
watermelon hard candy! We will also have shrimp Étouffée with side salad and dessert. 

ABV: 6.5-7%. This beer is generously hopped and dry-hopped with
Anchovy hops, using Omega yeast.

Anchovy hops are a new, experimental aroma hop variety from Segal
Ranch in Washington's Yakima Valley, originally known as 24B-05.
Despite its unusual name, this hop variety offers a distinctive aroma
profile with notes of watermelon hard candy, raspberry, and pine,
without any fishy scent.
