Description

As one of the largest public projects in the country, the I-74 Mississippi River Bridge project will be a catalyst to driving new investment in our region. The $1.2 billion new bridge is transforming our region, benefiting the Quad Cities’ economy, quality of life, connectivity and image.

Join us at AMp Up for an inside look at the construction progress and how it is impacting the development of downtown Bettendorf and Moline.

Featured speakers:

Decker Ploehn, Bettendorf City Administrator and Lisa Kotter, Moline City Administrator will highlight development and how the bridge is changing our downtown landscape.

Presenting on the construction project is George Ryan, Corridor Manager for the I-74 River Bridge.

One such example was overseeing all phases of the largest down state roadway reconstruction ever undertaken in Illinois, the $500 million reconstruction of Interstate 74 through downtown Peoria, Illinois.
