Description
Two Rivers YMCA invites you to participate on gaining a better understanding of what it means to be an active and effective ally within our community. At the Y we strive to ensure that everyone, regardless of what dimensions of diversity they may identify with, feels welcome and supported.
However, we know that equity work requires addressing systemic barriers and unconscious bias, learning new tools and practices, and showing up for communities to truly allow for full inclusion. Join us on this journey as we collectively learn together how we can all be better allies to the African-American community and create an environment where everyone can all thrive.
