DESCRIPTION:The St. Ambrose Professional Development Center is excited to bring you our new HR Course Series! This course is part two of a four part series that aims to bolter the HR professional's competency in the most pressing areas of the profession. \n\n\n\nThe term data-driven decisions has continued to gain traction at organizations across the globe.  HR is increasingly called upon to join the data-driven trend as well as be a solution provider to the organization.
